We offer a discounted package combining both the Property Launch Package and the Marketing Launch Package. Our team will help you fully implement and launch your vacation rental business. Then you can determine if you would like to be hands-on and manage the day-to-day operations of the business, or hire us to manage it for you.

- Attend site to assess progress of repairs, staging, cleaning, landscaping, key-box installation, safety notices and more
- Manage administrative tasks: Draft guest rental agreement, asses insurance needs, and coordinate county licensing and tax
- Develop a guest manual for the property including: property rules, safety items and instructions for home systems
