- Emergency Services: Coordinate services for matters requiring urgent attention during guest stays; Communicate with owners and vendors to resolve issues
- Accounting Services: Manage guest payments and deposit refunds; Prepare monthly financial statements and fund disbursements to homeowners and county tax departments
- Vendor Services: Manage and schedule house cleaning turn-over services; Assist homeowners with coordinating routine property maintenance as needed
- Bi-Annual Property Assessment: Walk through property to identify needed repairs, replacements, updates; Review inventory for household supplies/items
